When credits are used
Credits are reserved when you confirm a video. They are used when the finished video is ready, or returned when a failure is confirmed. Buying credits never starts a video automatically.
If you lose your connection
Losing your connection does not mean generation has stopped. Your submitted tasks stay in My videos after you close the page. Return there and check the existing task before starting another video.
If a task needs checking
Credits stay reserved while an uncertain task is checked. Follow that same task instead of starting another one, and contact support with the Task ID if you need help. Cash refunds are reviewed separately from returned credits.
