Credits & refunds
How credit returns, cash refund requests and uncertain tasks are handled.

One-time credit packs
If you bought a pack with real money and have not used its credits, contact support within seven days of payment to request a cash refund. Include your Order ID and purchase email. We review the order and credit activity manually. If a refund is approved, the payment provider returns it to the original payment method and the related unused credits are removed. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank.
Failed and completed videos
Creating a task reserves its quoted credits. A confirmed failure releases them back to your balance; this is a credit return, not a cash refund. A task is completed when a valid video has been stored and made available in My videos. AI results can be imperfect, and a different creative outcome alone does not make a completed task a technical failure.
Tasks or payments that need review
If an external submission may have been accepted but its status is unknown, we keep its credits reserved while we check it. Follow the same task and contact support with its Task ID instead of starting a duplicate. If checkout appears incomplete, check Credits & billing; a browser return from checkout does not prove payment.
Incorrect charges and requests
Contact support about a duplicate or incorrect charge, a confirmed payment without credited balance, or a refund request. Include the Order ID, purchase email, date and a short description. Do not send your full card number, password or private photos. Cash refunds and charge disputes are reviewed separately from task credit returns; this site does not issue them automatically.
Test payments
Payment sandbox checkouts do not charge real money. Test credits are isolated from production credits.
