About Hotel Lobby AI
Hotel Lobby AI turns two photos into a short video of the Hotel Lobby trend: two people at a hanging microphone in an orange studio, following a built-in reference performance.

What the tool does
You upload one photo of each person and choose who stands on the left and right. The reference performance is recast with your two people: each person’s face, hair, outfit and accessories come from their photo, while the movement, camera and stage follow the reference. You do not write a prompt or upload a reference video.
Results are 720p MP4 files that you review and download from My videos. Likeness, movement and lip sync can vary from the reference.
The AI behind it
Hotel Lobby AI is configured to use Kling 3.0 Omni, accessed through KIE, for its photo-to-video performance. Seedance 2.0 Mini is also integrated through KIE but is not currently enabled for customers. The models and provider are listed in our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
Our video examples show real output from these models next to the two input portraits. The portraits are fictional and AI-created, and the template’s audio is added and labelled.
How we run it
- Private by default: uploads and results belong to your account, not a gallery.
- Permission first: every photo must show a consenting adult. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Cost before you create: one-time credit packs, no subscription, and a quote you confirm before any credits are reserved. See pricing.
- Results stay available for 7 days, and a confirmed failure returns the reserved credits.
