Terms of service

Using the service

Hotel Lobby AI lets you create short videos from photos and available creative settings. Use the service only with material you own or are allowed to process. Every real person shown in an uploaded photo must be a consenting adult. Keep your account secure. Our Acceptable Use Policy at /safety forms part of these terms and applies to uploads, generated videos and how you use or share them.

AI models and provider

Hotel Lobby AI is configured to use Kling 3.0 Omni through KIE for its photo-to-video performance. Seedance 2.0 Mini is also integrated through KIE but is not currently enabled for customers. KIE is the API service, not the name of the underlying model. Generation is currently paused; model integration does not mean that a new video can be ordered now.

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent service, not an official Kling, Seedance or KIE product. Generated videos are AI-created depictions, not evidence that someone performed, said something or endorsed a product. If we change the model offered to customers, we will update this disclosure; tasks already accepted keep their recorded model.

Your photos and other material

You keep the rights you already have in photos and other material you submit. You give us limited permission to store, prepare and transmit that material as needed to provide the generation you request, show your task history, deliver downloads and protect the service. Uploading material does not give you rights to another person’s likeness, a recording, a song, a performance, a template or a trademark.

Generated results

AI generation is probabilistic. A result may differ from your photos or expectations, and exact identity, movement, sound and timing are not guaranteed. Review a result before sharing it. Your use of a finished video remains subject to rights in its source material and any included audio or reference performance, as well as the rules of the platform where you publish it. Orange Studio is an independent creative tool and does not claim endorsement by the artists, brands or platforms that inspire a style.

Credits and payments

The available format and credit cost are shown in a quote before you confirm a task. Confirming reserves those credits. They are captured after a valid video is stored, or released after a definitive failure. A task with an uncertain external submission may need review before its credits can be released. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, and buying credits does not start a generation. An order adds credits only after payment is confirmed by the server, not when a checkout page returns to the site.

Access, changes and deletion

We may reject prohibited requests or restrict access when needed to protect people or the service. Available models, prices and features can change for new requests; an existing task keeps the provider, settings and price recorded in its quote. You can request account deletion in Settings after active tasks finish. Necessary financial records may remain in pseudonymous form. We will show an updated date when these terms change.
