Privacy policy
What we process to create a video, how long media stays available, and how to request deletion.

Information we process
We use account information for sign-in and support; uploaded photos, selected settings and task records to create and deliver videos; and credit, order and payment-status records to run billing. We also handle basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, plus anything you choose to send to support. Payment card details are entered with the checkout provider, not on our site.
How photos and videos are used
Uploads and results are stored privately and are not placed in a public gallery. We validate uploaded images and remove metadata when preparing them. When you start live generation, the photos and instructions needed for that task are sent to the configured AI provider.
Service providers
Hosting, private storage, email, authentication, payment and AI video providers help us deliver the service. Our configured video model is Kling 3.0 Omni, accessed through KIE. It receives the photos, reference video and instructions needed to create your video when generation is available. The application also integrates Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE, but that model is not currently enabled for customers. KIE provides API access; Kling and Seedance are the underlying AI models.
Checkout is handled by Waffo or Creem according to the payment option configured for your order. Providers may process the information needed for their part of a request in other countries. Their own copies and retention practices are separate from our application storage.
How long media is kept
Validated photos that are not submitted for a task expire after 24 hours. Photos needed by an active or uncertain task can remain available for up to 48 hours; after a task reaches a final state, its inputs are scheduled to expire within 24 hours. Completed videos are available for seven days. Scheduled cleanup removes expired objects from our private storage.
Download links expire after five minutes. Deleting a file stops us from issuing new links, but a link already issued may remain usable until it expires or the file is physically removed. Provider copies and backups can follow separate retention schedules.
Your account and choices
A local photo draft may remain in your browser until the app next checks its expiry. Signing out in Settings clears that draft. You can delete available media and request account deletion in Settings once active tasks are resolved. Authentication data is removed, while necessary financial records are retained in pseudonymous form. Contact support to ask about access to or deletion of your data.
