Acceptable Use Policy
Content standards, review, reports and enforcement for photos and AI-generated videos on Hotel Lobby AI.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Scope and permission
This policy applies to material uploaded, generated, stored or shared using Hotel Lobby AI, including photos, reference media, video and audio. It forms part of our Terms of service.
Upload photos of yourself, consenting adults, your own pets or original characters that you have the right to use. Do not upload a real person’s photo without permission for the video you intend to make. A person’s permission to share a photo does not automatically include permission to generate or publish a new depiction.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not use the service to upload, generate or distribute any of the following:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexual activity, sexually explicit nudity, sexual exploitation, fetish content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, animal cruelty, or content promoting violence, terrorism or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Hate speech: content attacking or dehumanizing people based on protected characteristics, promoting hateful organizations, or inciting discrimination or genocide.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexualized depiction, exploitation or abuse of minors, including synthetic or fictional depictions. Do not upload photos of minors to this service.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual, deceptive or harmful depictions of a real person; identity fraud, false endorsements, or presenting synthetic footage as an authentic recording. Consenting-adult creative edits must be clearly identified as AI-generated when shared.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: photos, music, performances, characters, logos or other protected material you are not authorized to use, including misleading claims of affiliation or endorsement.
Sharing and music
Review the entire video before sharing it and clearly disclose that it is AI-generated. Use only music and reference material you are authorized to use. A model accepting a file does not grant rights to its recording, performance or artist. Harassment, fraud, privacy violations and attempts to evade access, payment or safety controls are also prohibited.
Content moderation and review
We require permission to use the people and material depicted, check upload file requirements, and limit this product to a supplied reference performance. These checks do not verify identity, age, consent or whether every image is safe. We do not currently operate a separate automated service that screens every input image and output video.
Customer support manually reviews reports of suspected misuse. We assess the reported material and available task information against this policy, ask for relevant evidence when needed, and decide what action is appropriate. Child safety, threats and non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority. Review access is limited to information needed to investigate the report.
We respect model-provider refusals and do not help users bypass their safeguards. Generation is currently paused. We will update this policy as additional moderation tools or review processes are introduced; we do not claim a 24-hour moderation team or guarantee that every violation is detected.
Report misuse or a rights violation
Email the support address in Contact support below or in the site footer. It is also our channel for safety reports, copyright or trademark complaints, non-consensual likeness use and appeals. Use the subject “Safety report” and identify any urgent child-safety concern or threat.
Include a Task ID or page link, a short description, the rule or right involved, and a way to reply. Rights holders should explain their connection to the material. Do not attach illegal content, intimate images, identity documents, passwords or private download links. We may request appropriate evidence through a safer process.
We handle reports privately and share details only as needed to investigate, protect people or meet legal obligations. We review the facts fairly and may investigate deliberately false or abusive reports. We reply by email when we can share an outcome; investigation time depends on the evidence and urgency.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and the evidence, we may send a warning, require that prohibited material be removed, reject a prohibited request, or remove stored media and stop issuing download links. Existing signed links may work until they expire or the stored file is removed. Serious or repeated misuse can lead us to refuse further service under our Terms.
We prioritize action on confirmed child exploitation, credible threats and non-consensual intimate imagery, and may preserve necessary evidence or report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities when required. We do not publish reported material or promise automatic refunds for policy violations; billing questions are handled under our Credits & refunds policy.
If you believe a decision was wrong, email the same support address with the subject “Safety appeal”, the relevant Task ID or decision, and your reasons or new evidence. We reconsider the decision and explain the outcome where possible. Do not resend prohibited material with an appeal.
