How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Photos

What you will make

Hotel Lobby AI recasts a built-in reference performance: two people at a hanging microphone in an orange studio. Your two photos replace both performers. Each person’s face, hair, outfit and accessories come from your photo, while the movement, camera and stage follow the reference.

You do not write a prompt or upload a reference video. The result is a 720p landscape MP4. Likeness, movement and lip sync can vary from the reference.

Before you start

• One clear photo of each person: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB, at least 512 pixels wide and tall.
• Permission from both people. Each photo should show one adult who agreed to be in the video.
• An account with enough credits to generate. You can choose photos and options before you sign in or buy anything.

Step by step

1. Open the generator on the homepage and find “Upload two photos”.
2. Add your first photo; it becomes the left performer. Add the second photo for the right performer. Use “Swap” to switch them.
3. Choose a duration. A 5, 10 or 15-second video uses 30, 50 or 70 credits.
4. Choose the soundtrack. “Original audio” keeps the template’s vocals and music, not your own voice. “Silent video” has no audio track. Both cost the same.
5. Tick the permission box and select “Sign in & continue”. Your photos and settings stay saved on this device while you sign in.
6. Your photos upload privately and you receive a quote. If your balance is short, “Get credits — keep draft” opens the credit packs. Buying credits does not start a video.
7. Select “Generate video” to confirm. The quoted credits are reserved and your video starts.
8. Follow progress in My videos. You can close the page; your video keeps processing.

Review the whole clip before you download

• Sides: is each person where you placed them?
• Faces: do both people look like themselves from start to finish, without turning back into the original performers?
• Outfits and accessories: do they match your photos?
• Audio: with Original audio, the vocals and music come from the template, so lip sync can drift.

If the result is not what you expected

A confirmed failed task returns its reserved credits. A finished video that looks different from what you hoped is still a completed video, and making another one uses credits again. Check your photos and sides before you try again.
