Hotel Lobby AI Not Working? Check Sides, Faces and Outfits

What to check when a photo will not upload, a task fails or a finished video looks wrong.

Last updated:

First, find the kind of problem

  • A photo will not upload: use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB and at least 512 pixels on each side, then retry that upload.
  • Generation is unavailable: the generator says when creating videos is paused. Your photos and settings stay saved and no credits are charged.
  • A task failed: a confirmed failure returns the reserved credits. If a task is still being checked, its credits stay reserved; follow that task in My videos instead of starting a duplicate.
  • The video finished but looks wrong: use the checks below.

The suggestions below explain how your photos and settings shape the result. They are not guaranteed fixes, and every new video uses credits.

The people are on the wrong side

The first photo is always the left performer and the second is the right. If they came out the wrong way round, check the order and use Swap before creating your next video. A finished video cannot be edited. If your order was right and the video still switched the sides, contact support with the Task ID.

A face looks wrong, or an original performer comes back

Try a clearer photo: face toward the camera, even light, no sunglasses or hands over the face, and only one person in the frame. A small or blurred face gives the AI less to hold on to.

The outfit or accessories are wrong

The AI uses what it can see. If the photo is cropped at the chin, there is no outfit to copy. Use a photo that shows the shoulders and upper body in the clothes you want.

The movement, lip sync or audio feel off

Movement and camera follow the reference performance, and Original audio adds the template’s vocals and music. Exact choreography and lip sync can vary, and there is no prompt or setting to adjust them. Each length follows its own cut of the reference, so a different duration can look different.

If you plan to add your own licensed audio in an editor, choose Silent video.

Change one thing at a time

If you try again, change only one thing: one person’s photo, the left and right order, or the length. Then you can tell what made the difference.
